Job Description

About The Role

We’re now seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team at our Carole Park site. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage customer orders, enquiries, and complaints, while coordinating call and delivery schedules across State and National Business Units. You will also proactively contact customers to confirm requirements, strengthen relationships, and identify potential sales opportunities to support broader business growth.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Maintain customer call/delivery schedules
  • Receive, log, and process customer complaints
  • Provide sales support and led generation for the field sales team
  • Maintain and manage data, including customer information relating to CRM

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in outbound sales, customer service or administration, preferably with data processing and call centre exposure
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Australia
